Will Plumpton

Will Plumpton joined Qstar in 2025 and serves as the firms COO. Will previously worked as President of Spirits Investments Partners (SIP) where he oversaw all aspects of the firms operations, personnel, and fundraising. Prior to SIP, Will worked at Magnetar Capital as the COO of Systematic Trading and the Head of Portfolio Finance.
