Steven Kirnbauer

Steven Kirnbauer joined QStar Capital in 2025 as an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO. Prior to joining QStar, he was Head of Operations & HR for Energize Capital, a venture capital firm and leading investor in climate solutions, where he managed firm-wide operations and executed HR strategy in support of the firm’s overall business plan. Prior to that, Steven was an Office Manager for Brookfield Asset Management, a global alternative asset manager. Steven started his career at GCM Grosvenor under the Global Chief Compliance Officer, where he supported executive leadership and contributed to the operational management of the compliance group. Steven holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University.
